Drive sales conversions from various channels – online inquiries, walk-ins, and referrals
Conduct property tours and virtual walkthroughs for prospective residents
Build strong rapport with students, parents, and working professionals
Maintain and manage the CRM database to ensure follow-ups and conversions
Plan and execute local sales campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team
Generate weekly and monthly sales reports for performance tracking
Support and mentor junior sales staff and interns as required
Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings in the Greater Noida region
Graduate in any discipline ( BBA/ MBA/PGDM preferred)
3–5 years of B2C B2B sales experience in real estate, hospitality, or co-living industry
Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Hands-on experience with CRM tools
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends
