Experience :- 3+ Years in Sales Co-ordination.

Job Description :-

• Sales Support:
• Preparing and sending quotes, proposals, and sales documentation.
• Processing sales orders, invoices, and shipping notices.
• Managing sales data and maintaining customer records.
• Coordinating with other departments (e.g., logistics, marketing) for order fulfillment and sales campaigns.
• Providing regular updates to the sales team on order status, inventory, and customer information.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other channels.
• Handling customer complaints and providing after-sales support.
• Building and maintaining positive customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
