Sales Business Development (Interior Fitout)

You are invited to join SPAR Technovet Pvt Ltd as a Sales & Business Development Manager in the industry of Turnkey Interior Fit-outs & Furniture Manufacturing. The company is located at Shed No. 4, Plot 2, MSC Compound, Anangpur Village, Faridabad, Haryana-121003. The work hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, with immediate hiring status. As a Sales & Business Development Manager at SPAR Technovet Pvt Ltd, your main role will be to drive client acquisition for turnkey interior fit-out and furniture manufacturing projects. You will be responsible for securing high-value residential and commercial projects by leveraging your industry expertise. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and acquiring clients for interior fit-outs and bespoke furniture solutions, pitching and closing deals for turnkey residential and commercial projects, building strong client relationships to ensure repeat business, and coordinating with design and execution teams to align proposals with client needs. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelors/Masters in Architecture, MBA, or equivalent with relevant sales experience. You should have 4-7 years of experience in sales/business development within interior fit-out or turnkey solutions, a strong understanding of fit-out processes, excellent client communication skills, and a proven ability in lead generation and deal closure.
