Key Responsibilities: -
Drive sales & generate new business opportunities in the target geography and segments
Build strong relationships with Architects, PMCs, Interior Designers & Industrial Clients
Conduct BD meetings & product presentations with key influencers
Ensure product approvals & specification penetration in key projects
Handle accounts independently & maintain regular reporting
Provide excellent client support, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications & Skills: -
Strong communication & analytical skills
Experience in lead generation & market research
Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset
Team player with the ability to work independently
Bachelor's degree from a reputed institution
Fluency in English, Hindi, and regional languages
Experience in Ceramics / Construction / Building Products a strong plus!
