We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, maintaining product displays, and ensuring the overall shopping experience for our customers is positive and efficient. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers in a friendly and approachable manner Understand customer needs and provide assistance with product selection Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits Upsell and cross-sell products to meet sales targets Operate the billing counter and handle cash, card, or digital payments Ensure merchandise is stocked, organized, and properly labeled Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally Participate in inventory counts and restocking as required Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts A positive attitude and strong work ethic Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Compensation Package: Performance bonus Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: Remote Speak with the employer +91 9048450567
