Sales Associate Interns

About the Role:

We're seeking enthusiastic Sales professionals, particularly freshers, to join our team in the NCR region in driving business growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and account management.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Freshers preferred
• Education: Preferably from Agriculture background (Other candidates with relevant skills are welcome)
• Must have strong communication skills and passion for sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify new business leads through market research and outbound prospecting
• Conduct cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to potential clients
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent lead generation activities
• Build partnerships with agricultural organizations and stakeholders
• Track and report lead generation metrics and conversion rates
• Drive strategic initiatives and meet performance targets

Required Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Basic understanding of sales processes
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools
• Self-motivated with a growth mindset

We Offer:

• Monthly stipend: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000
• Additional performance-based incentives
• On-site work location in NCR region
• Opportunity for full-time conversion after 6 months based on performance
