Job Description

Please note: This will be a contractual role. It will be on third party payroll. Key Result Areas/Accountabilities 1. Sales Responsible for planning, driving and executing the sales activities in the assigned territory. Complete territory mapping for all retailers, contractors, fabricators & architects. Driving Sales through retailer & dealer network. Generating leads from Builders, IHB, Fabricators & retailers Creating Awareness of Hindalco extrusions to retailers, Fabricators, Architects & Interior Designer. Getting Hindalco brand approved in projects specification. Ensure quick communication of pricing and promotional schemes launched by the company to help maximize sales. Meeting monthly sales targets. 2. Distribution Reach Responsible to maintain and expand the customer base. Strengthen and nurture existing distribution retail points. Add new distribution points. 3. Reporting and MIS - Prepare weekly necessary reports on KPIs and share in a timely manner with the business Experience: 2 years in Building & Contraction / FMCG / Glass/ Hardware industry Experience in handling Retail/Distribution Network
