Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.
  • Manage, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree (graduate).
  • Minimum of 15 to 20 years of experience in sales.
  • Prior experience in the FMCG industry is mandatory.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
