Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and developers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Documentation: Assist clients with the necessary paperwork and ensure a smooth and seamless transaction process. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, pre-sales, and post-sales teams to ensure a cohesive and effective sales process. Social Media Home Tours: In collaboration with the marketing team, showcase our stunning properties through engaging home tours on social media, creating captivating short-form videos that attract and inspire potential buyers!
