Sales Associate – Industrial Products (International Sales)

Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with international clients (primarily US-based) to pitch and sell industrial products and solutions.
• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, email campaigns, and virtual meetings to generate leads and close deals.
• Maintain and expand the customer database through effective lead management and follow-ups.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales agreements as per client requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, technical, and finance to ensure seamless client servicing.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry innovations.
• Maintain CRM systems with accurate and up-to-date information on leads, accounts, and interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–6 years of international sales experience, preferably in industrial products, engineering components, manufacturing solutions, or hardware-based offerings.
• Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes and experience with US or global clients.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts (aligned to US time zones)

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience in selling to US-based OEMs, distributors, or industrial clients.
• Familiarity with global trade practices, export documentation, and industrial standards.
• Knowledge of ERP or industrial product cataloging tools.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
