Job Description

*Key Purpose of the Role

To drive business growth by effectively converting architectural leads into paying clients through technical consultations, site visits, BOQ understanding, and converting design presentations into project closures.

Roles & Responsibilities:

*Client Engagement & Business Development

- Handle inquiries from walk-ins, referrals, website, and B2B platforms.
- Schedule & conduct client consultations at office/site.- Understand client requirements and propose suitable design solutions.- Present design concepts along with the core design team to potential clients.- Prepare BOQs, Proposals, and Presentations for project pitching.- Convert qualified leads into signed contracts.- Follow up regularly to ensure smooth lead-to-project closure.

*Architectural Sales Expertise

- Explain project layouts, 3D renders, and technical drawings confidently.
- Bridge the gap between design team & clients by translating design language into business value.- Coordinate with internal team for timely proposals, cost estimates & design inputs.

*Sales Target & Reporting

- Maintain lead pipeline through CRM.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.- Prepare weekly sales reports and lead conversion updates.- Report feedback from clients to improve sales strategy and pitch.

*Experience

- Minimum 2–5 years in architecture firm sales, real estate advisory, or design consultancy.
- Experience in client-facing roles is essential.- Familiar with residential/commercial project life cycle.

Technical Proficiency

- Good understanding of architecture drawings, site planning, BOQs
- Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, Google Sheets- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho/HubSpot) is an added advantage

*Communication & Personality

- Fluent in English, Hindi, and ideally Marathi/Konkani.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation & persuasion skills.- Confident, Self-motivated, and Team-oriented.- Ready to travel locally/regionally for client/site meetings.

*KPIs – Performance Indicators

- Number of qualified client meetings per week
- Conversion rate from inquiry to confirmed projects- Timely proposal & BOQ submissions- Client satisfaction score- Revenue generated vs monthly targets
