Key Responsibilities: Lead Management & Follow-up Handle incoming sales leads from JustDial, website, and referrals Make outbound calls to new leads and explain company offerings Regular follow-up with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp Maintain proper lead status updates in CRM or tracking system Quotation Preparation Coordinate with technical team to gather input for solution-based quotes Prepare quotations using standard templates Share quotations with customers and ensure follow-up for approval Customer Interaction & Feedback Handle pre-sales and post-sales communication Collect customer feedback post project/service closure Escalate any dissatisfaction or delay to the concerned department Coordination & Documentation Coordinate internally with sales, technical, and accounts teams Keep records of leads, quotations, follow-ups, and conversions Assist in maintaining customer contact database
