Sales Application Engineer - Business Development & Commissioning

As a Sales Application Engineer at NAAC Energy Controls Pvt Limited (NECPL), you will play a crucial role in providing sales engineering and technical support to customers in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing the power quality and energy management needs of clients in various industries such as Automobile, Steel, Textile, Pharma, Hospitals, and Commercial buildings. You will be tasked with analysing power quality issues, conducting site assessments, and offering technical expertise to ensure the efficient operation of power quality solutions. Building relationships with dealers, consultants, and key stakeholders will be essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Determine clients" power quality and energy management requirements. - Prepare techno-commercial offers and tender documentation. - Independently handle sales inquiries and negotiations. - Follow up with clients and stakeholders to obtain approvals. - Meet or exceed sales targets. - Develop customer relationships to promote technology and retain existing customers. - Conduct power quality studies at customer sites and provide detailed reports. - Provide technical and commercial support for project service and commissioning. - Travel to customer sites as needed to support technical needs. Requirements: - Qualification in Electrical and Electronics or related discipline (Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech / M. Tech). - Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing of Power Quality / Energy Management Solutions. - Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders. - Proficiency in technical specifications, drawings, and report writing. - Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. - Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
