Your role as a Sales and Marketing Specialist will be a full-time on-site position based in Rewa. In this capacity, you will be entrusted with devising and executing sales strategies, nurturing customer relationships, providing training and guidance to the sales team, and monitoring sales performance. Effective communication and exceptional customer service will be critical aspects of your responsibilities to ensure both customer satisfaction and the sustainable growth of the business. To excel in this role, you should possess proficiency in communication and customer service skills, with a proven track record in sales and sales management. Your ability to deliver impactful training to sales teams, coupled with your strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, will be instrumental in driving success.
