Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Jamkhandi. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and conducting sales training sessions. Additionally, this role will involve overseeing sales management activities and ensuring that sales targets are met.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
Ability to conduct and lead Training sessions
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in the manufacturing or agricultural sector is a plus
