To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and customer service skills, proven experience in sales and sales management, and the ability to develop effective sales strategies. Excellent organizational and time-management skills are essential, along with the capability to work independently and as part of a team. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required, along with proficiency in using CRM software and sales management tools. Experience in the event management industry is a plus.
