Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Kochi. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will handle a range of tasks including customer service, managing sales processes, leading sales training sessions, and overseeing sales management activities. The role involves direct interaction with customers, developing sales strategies, and ensuring targets are met.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to conduct and lead Training sessions
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Experience in the cycling industry is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
