Job Description:

Aeron Digital Solutions is hiring on-site Sales & Marketing Interns who want to build real-world experience in B2B sales, cold calling, lead generation, and digital service marketing.

Interns will get hands-on exposure to client communication, sales tools, and digital campaigns in a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cold calls and follow-ups with potential clients
• Assist in acquiring leads for digital/IT services
• Help execute and support sales campaigns
• Maintain CRM records and reporting

Requirements:

• Must be a current student pursuing graduation
• Based in or near Noida and available full-time on-site
• Strong communication skills
• No prior experience needed – training will be provided

Stipend:

• Month 1: Unpaid training/probation
• Month 2 onwards: ₹5,000/month fixed stipend

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Weekends off
