Key Responsibilities 1. Channel Sales Execution: Achieve monthly and quarterly primary and secondary sales targets. Drive product placements, new product introductions, and visibility at retail outlets. Execute trade schemes and promotional activities in coordination with distributors. 2. Market Development & Coverage: Expand distribution reach by onboarding new retailers and distributors in untapped areas. Strengthen relationships with existing trade partners to drive repeat business and order continuity. Track and report competitor activities, pricing, and in-market execution. 3. Distributor & Trade Partner Management: Ensure regular order booking, billing, stock replenishment, and collection coordination. Align distributors with territory-level objectives through regular business reviews. Monitor ROI, claim settlements, and compliance with commercial terms and SOPs. 4. Field Reporting & Sales Insights: Maintain accurate DSRs (Daily Sales Reports) and share weekly performance reviews with managers. Use field data to recommend practical, actionable improvements in beat planning and product push. Collaborate with the sales manager to plan monthly beat-wise execution strategies. 5. Retailer Engagement & Service: Conduct periodic store visits to assess brand health, availability, and shelf share. Resolve retailer grievances promptly and build trust for sustained partnerships. Support activations, retailer education, and branding efforts. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 35 years of experience in channel sales , general trade , or retail distribution . Familiarity with beat planning, target setting, and sales tracking tools. Strong field discipline, communication, and negotiation skills. Knowledge of the local geography and trade network is a plus. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Management Call and connect with potential leads received via campaigns, website, referrals, and databases. Qualify leads based on company size, industry, current HR systems, and readiness to purchase. Maintain detailed lead tracking and follow-up schedules in CRM tools. 2. Product Demonstration Schedule and conduct customized online product demos for HR heads, business owners, or decision-makers. Clearly explain how each module (Payroll, Attendance, Leave, Recruitment, etc.) aligns with the clients HR needs. Address queries and objections effectively. 3. Sales Conversion Send proposals and pricing plans as per client requirements. Follow up regularly until lead conversion. Ensure client satisfaction and collect feedback for continuous improvement. 6. Reporting & Coordination Maintain updated records on CRM for all activities. Share weekly reports on lead status, conversion ratio, and client feedback. Coordinate with marketing, product, and tech teams to support customer requirements.
