Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to join our remote team from Pudukottai, Tamil Nadu. In this work-from-home role, you will assist the sales team, manage customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate between clients and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to sales inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the sales team.
• Prepare quotations and proposals; follow up with clients as required.
• Maintain customer databases and sales records accurately.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve queries professionally.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and monitoring performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in sales coordination or administrative support roles.
• Must have strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
• Good understanding of office administration tasks.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently from home.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
