Deep knowledge of IAM concepts such as role-based access control (RBAC), provisioning, and access certification. Strong experience in gathering and analyzing technical and business requirements from diverse stakeholders, such as architects, project managers and IT directors. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and resolve integration roadblocks in collaboration with stakeholders. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead client-facing discussions and manage stakeholder expectations Experience with code reviews and peer-to-peer collaboration in a development or engineering environment. Agile project management experience, and familiarity with working in cross-functional teams.
