We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Safety Supervisor to oversee workplace health and safety compliance. This entry-level to early-career position is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in occupational safety and environmental health, particularly in industries such as construction, manufacturing, logistics, or oil & gas. Key Responsibilities: Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations, policies, and procedures. Conduct safety inspections, hazard assessments, and incident investigations. Assist in implementing workplace safety programs and risk control strategies. Educate employees on safe work practices and conduct toolbox talks or safety briefings. Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation as per company and regulatory standards. Support emergency response planning and drills. Liaise with supervisors, contractors, and regulatory authorities as needed. Recommend corrective actions and follow up on implementation. Required Skills and Qualifications: 03 years of experience in an occupational safety or HSE-related role. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety , Environmental Science , Engineering , or related field. Familiarity with relevant safety regulations (OSHA, ISO 45001, local labor codes, etc.). Strong observation, communication, and reporting skills. Proficient in MS Office and basic report writing. Willingness to work in field/site environments.
