EXPERIENCE : MIN 3 YEAR Diploma/Degree in Industrial Safety or equivalent NEBOSH/IOSH Certification (preferred) Minimum 3 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing plant (rice mill experience is a plus) Strong communication & training skills Proficiency in MS Office JOB DECRIPTION ✅ Ensure compliance with safety laws, OSHA & Factory Act ✅ Conduct safety audits, inspections & risk assessments ✅ Organize safety training & awareness programs for staff ✅ Investigate incidents and implement preventive actions ✅ Maintain emergency response plans and conduct drills ✅ Supervise PPE usage and machinery safety protocols Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Rotational shift Work Location: In person
