Job Title (Designation) Project Manager – Safety ( SIC) Job Responsibilities Conduct Pre-job meeting and assess the risk Competency building –Contract workers with job based training on topics not restricted to Chemical safety, Work permit, LOTO, Material handling, Machine guarding, PPE’s, Fire safety, Electrical safety, Hot work, Work at height, Confined space etc,. Implementing the positive and negatives nudges of safety at the field level among the employees / contractors. Assess and Evaluates the performance of contract workers on field and generate data for contractor safety performance Rolling out Safety Interventions programs Act as a coach and mentor in field with contractor work force and supervisors Develop and issue monthly MIS Coordinate monthly Contractor safety committee meeting and ensure effective functioning of the committee Administer Safety Passport (e-Passport) Desired Profile Experience on EHS standards Passion towards Training on Safety Topics Experience in Cement/Steel/Power Plants or Chemical Industry Desired Experience Minimum 10+ years of experience Min experience in Cement Industry Qualification Engineering Degree + Safety Qualification ( PDIS or ADIS) Show more Show less
