You would act as a Customer Service Professional to provide exceptional customer service for our loyal customers. As a Customer Service Professional, you will: Screen incoming Customer calls, assist with ticket creation, verify entitlement and route Customers to the appropriate team within the Customer Service & Support organization Work and resolve Customer Service-related queries through phone, chat and web tickets in accordance with Fortinet policies After product replacement, follow up with Customers in accordance with Fortinet policies to recover defective units Handle Premium RMA calls Participate in the creation and improvement of Fortinet Customer policies, procedures and guidelines relating to Customer Service Ability to understand CS and Tech Support processes from CSAT and Quality perspective Be able to use pre-defined rubrics for auditing support tickets regularly. Deliver quality in order to achieve a high level of Customer Satisfaction Develop good and respected relationships with internal and external customers by providing accurate, courteous and efficient service & support. Work with other staff in the department to meet the performance targets for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, productivity and quality that are above the average in the industry. Be flexible when working with the CS supervisor/manager on higher-priority tasks and weekly duty rosters. Flexible to work in APAC or EMEA shifts, from our Bangalore office . We Are Looking For: 3-4 years of customer service or support experience in an IT or Network Security Environment. Fast learner, flexible, and able to prioritize People-oriented with the ability to interact effectively with customers. We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Primary Science Facilitator to spark curiosity and develop scientific thinking among young learners. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching science in an engaging, inquiry-based manner and capable of integrating STEM concepts within the primary curriculum. Key Responsibilities:Teaching & Learning: Design and deliver age-appropriate, hands-on Science lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum framework (CBSE/Cambridge/IB PYP). Encourage curiosity, experimentation, and observation through inquiry-led learning. Facilitate activities, projects, and experiments to help students explore scientific concepts practically. Curriculum Planning: Develop and implement unit plans that integrate science with literacy, math, and environmental education. Align lesson objectives with grade-level learning outcomes and 21st-century skills. Assessment & Evaluation: Conduct formative and summative assessments to evaluate student understanding and skills. Use rubrics, checklists, and portfolios to track progress and provide feedback. STEM & Project Integration: Collaborate on cross-curricular STEM/STEAM projects and science exhibitions. Guide students in mini research projects, models, and presentations. Classroom Environment: Create a stimulating and safe learning environment that promotes exploration and inquiry. Foster a growth mindset and scientific temperament among students. Professional Engagement: Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and curriculum reviews. Collaborate with homeroom and subject teachers for interdisciplinary planning. Parent Communication: Share student progress, learning highlights, and science event updates with parents. Participate in parent-teacher meetings and science showcases. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Science / Education (B.Sc. + B.Ed. or equivalent). Additional training or certification in Primary Education or STEM (preferred). Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of teaching Science in primary grades. Experience in inquiry-based or concept-driven instruction (CBSE, Cambridge Primary, or IB PYP) preferred. Skills Required: Strong understanding of scientific concepts suitable for young learners. Creative and hands-on teaching approach using experiments, models, and digital tools. Excellent communication, observation, and classroom management skills. Technologically proficient with tools like smart boards, simulations, and learning platforms. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
