Job Summary: The analyst is part of the vendor/market intelligence practice. The primary responsibility is to perform extensive research by engaging the senior management and analyst contacts at major product and service providers in the Enterprise software and services (BPO) space. Use sources of information (through Primary and secondary research) to identify various drivers for evaluating the provider community.
