Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of the store, optimize profitability, enhance customer satisfaction, and lead a motivated team to deliver an excellent shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Store Operations Management Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store to ensure smooth workflow. Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishments and inventory control. 2. Customer Service Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Resolve customer complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner. 3. Inventory and Merchandising Conduct regular stock audits and manage inventory shrinkage. Coordinate with suppliers and the warehouse for timely deliveries and returns. Ensure correct product placement, pricing, and signage. 4. Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment. Physical demands may include standing for long periods, lifting, and moving merchandise.
