Retail Store Associate

The Retail Showroom Sales Executive position in Calicut Town requires you to have a minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales, although freshers are also encouraged to apply. As a Sales Executive, your main responsibility will be to greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom, understanding their needs, recommending suitable products, and explaining product features, benefits, and pricing clearly. You will also be in charge of maintaining the display and cleanliness of the showroom, handling billing, basic stock updates, and achieving monthly individual sales targets. To be successful in this role, you must possess good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English, have a customer-friendly and result-oriented mindset, and be a male candidate. You will need to follow up with potential leads, support repeat business, and report daily sales activities to the manager. The position offers a fixed salary ranging from 15,000 to 20,000 per month with additional incentives based on sales performance.
