Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products from the collection.

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product ranges, fabrics, designs, and pricing.

• Build and maintain relationships with retail clients and wholesale buyers.

• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.

• Assist in inventory checks, stock displays, and keeping the store presentable.

• Collect customer feedback and report market trends to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in apparel or saree sales (retail or wholesale).

• Strong communication skills in Hindi, Bengali, and basic English.

• Pleasant personality with customer-first attitude.

• Knowledge of fabrics, regional saree styles, and ethnic fashion trends is a plus.

• Basic computer skills for billing and inventory input.
