Retail Sales Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION- RETAIL ASSOCIATE:   The employee shall perform the following duties during his/her Term of employment with the Company: 1.    Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers by greeting them, answering questions, and addressing concerns to ensure a positive shopping experience. 2.    Store Operations: Assist in the daily operations of the store, ensuring the premises are clean, organized, and safe for both customers and staff. 3.    Sales & Performance: Support sales goals by upselling and cross-selling products. Maintain knowledge of current promotions and product offerings to enhance sales opportunities. 4.    Brand Representation: Act as a Brand Ambassador, consistently embodying the brand’s values and ethos to customers, ensuring the brand image is maintained. 5.    Inventory Management: Assist with stock replenishment, product displays, and regular inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels and prevent discrepancies. 6.    Visual Merchandising: Follow brand guidelines for store layout and product displays to create an appealing shopping environment and support promotional campaigns. 7.    Compliance & Procedures: Adhere to store policies and operational procedures, including compliance with health and safety regulations and HR policies. 8.    Team Support: Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth store operations. Assist in training new employees and provide support during peak periods. 9.    Customer Engagement: Assist in executing marketing initiatives, events, and promotions to increase foot traffic and enhance customer loyalty.
