RETAIL HAPPY SALES EXCUTIVE

Job description

Graduate with minimum 2 years of working experience.

• Greet customers warmly and create a happy, welcoming shopping atmosphere.
• Identify customer needs and offer tailored product recommendations.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling.
• Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge to confidently answer questions and provide demos.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Process payments, handle returns, and manage point-of-sale transactions accurately.
• Handle customer complaints with a positive attitude and ensure prompt resolution.
• Actively participate in promotional events, campaigns, and visual merchandising.
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed store goals.
• Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
• Constantly communicating assigned partners, Sending quotations, Processing of orders, follow up of warehouse delivery, follow up of payments, introduction of new products / promotions sending communications such as Leaflets brochures etc..,

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service (1+ years preferred).
• Energetic, cheerful personality with a passion for helping people.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-driven, with a positive attitude toward achieving targets.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer literacy.
