Resume Marketer

Benda Infotech is hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Resume Marketer to support our US recruitment operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about recruitment marketing and have experience with job portals, resume sourcing, and US staffing. Key Responsibilities: Search and screen resumes from various job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.) Market available consultants to clients and vendors via calls, emails, and portals Maintain and update internal resume databases Build and manage relationships with vendors and clients Understand the hiring requirements and effectively match resumes Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely submission of resumes Track submissions and follow up with clients/vendors for interview schedules Requirements: Experience with US job portals and resume sourcing (preferred) Knowledge of US staffing and recruitment processes Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to work independently during night shift Familiarity with time zones and client interaction in the US market Freshers with good communication skills and interest in recruitment are welcome to apply Perks & Benefits: 5-Day Work Week (Saturday & Sunday Off) Night Shift Allowance Travelling Allowance Growth opportunities in US recruitment and marketing
