Are you an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager looking for an exciting new challenge? The Irish House, a popular and vibrant pub chain, is opening a new outlet in Sector 65, Gurgaon, and we're searching for a seasoned professional to lead our team.

We're looking for someone with a proven track record in managing successful pub/resto-bar operations, a deep understanding of the industry, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities & Duties:-

As our Restaurant Manager, you'll be instrumental in the successful launch and ongoing operation of our new Gurgaon outlet. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Overall Restaurant Operations: Overseeing all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Sales & Revenue Generation: Driving sales initiatives and strategizing to achieve revenue targets.
• Staffing & Team Leadership: Recruiting, training, mentoring, and managing a high-performing team.
• Inventory & Cost Control: Managing inventory, minimizing waste, and implementing effective cost control measures.
• Financial Management: Understanding and managing P&L, costing, and budgeting to ensure profitability.
• SOP Implementation: Ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for quality and consistency.
• Liquor Knowledge: Possessing sound knowledge of liquor, including spirits, beers, and cocktails.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring excellent customer service and resolving any guest concerns promptly and professionally.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: A minimum of 15 years of experience in handling comprehensive restaurant operations, including sales, staffing, inventory, controls, and budgets.
• Current Role: Must currently be working as a Restaurant Manager / Operations Manager.
• Industry Background (Mandatory): Experience working in a Pub / Resto-bar setup is essential. Examples of relevant experience include establishments like Socials, Beer Cafe, Hitchiki, Manchester Cafe, Woodside Inn, The Bombay Bronx, The Bar Stock Exchange, etc.
• Location Experience: Should have prior work experience in Gurgaon.
• Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L, costing, budgeting, and SOPs.
• Beverage Expertise: Sound knowledge of various types of liquor.
• Age: Below 40 years of age.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Education: A Hotel Management Diploma / Degree is preferred.

Salary

• CTC: ₹65,000/- per month (Service Charge & Cash Tips Extra)
