Job Summary:
We are hiring a Restaurant Manager to handle day-to-day restaurant operations remotely from our back-office location. The ideal candidate must have a Hotel Management degree and relevant hotel or restaurant experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage restaurant operations remotely from the back office
Coordinate with on-ground restaurant staff for smooth service
Monitor inventory, stock, and vendor coordination
Handle guest complaints and service feedback
Track sales, generate reports, and suggest improvements
Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance standards
Work closely with kitchen, accounts, and HR teams
Requirements:
Degree in Hotel Management (mandatory)
Minimum 3 years of hotel/restaurant experience
Strong coordination and leadership skills
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Comfortable using Excel and restaurant software
Ability to manage operations remotely from office
