Job Title: Restaurant Manager – Fine Dining

Location: Delhi NCR

Job Summary:
We are a leading branded restaurant chain in Delhi NCR, currently expanding rapidly. We are seeking experienced Restaurant Managers to join our growing management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining, excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and in-depth industry knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain exceptional customer experience
• Manage reservations, seating, and customer relations with professionalism
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and manage budget and costs effectively
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally
• Drive team performance to meet and exceed business goals

Requirements:

• 4 to 5 years of proven experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in fine dining
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership abilities with a positive and approachable personality
• Deep knowledge of fine dining service standards and restaurant operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
