Job Title: Restaurant Manager Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent guest service, manage staff efficiently, maintain high food quality standards, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage all restaurant operations Hire, train, and schedule front and back-of-house staff Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service Manage inventory and place orders for food, beverages, and supplies Monitor food quality, hygiene, and presentation Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly Manage budgets, control costs, and track financial performance Create promotional strategies to increase footfall and sales Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: Restaurant management: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person
