Job Description

We are seeking a professional and courteous Front Office Executive to manage our reception area. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will play a vital role in creating a positive first impression. The ideal candidate will be well-spoken, organized, and possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a polite and professional manner. Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence (email, courier, etc.). Maintain a clean and tidy reception area. Manage appointments and maintain meeting room schedules. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email. Monitor visitor logbook and issue visitor passes as necessary. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry. Coordinate with other departments as needed to ensure smooth front-desk operations. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: Front desk: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
