Restaurant Hostess

As a Restaurant Hostess at HRH Group of Hotels in Udaipur, your primary responsibility will be to greet and seat guests, manage reservations, provide exceptional customer service, answer phone calls, and ensure a delightful dining experience. You will work closely with the restaurant team to uphold high service standards and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrate proficiency in customer service and phone etiquette, have experience in reservations management, maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, and be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Prior experience in hospitality or a similar role would be advantageous. This is a full-time, on-site position that offers the opportunity for permanent employment.
