Extensive experience in resource management or related roles, preferably within a complex organizational setting. 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex resource requirements and make data-driven decisions. 4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. 5. Proficient in using resource management tools and software to track and manage resource allocation and utilization. 6.
