The School of Computer Science and Engineering is looking for exceptional academicians and industry professionals to lead its specialized clusters within the B.Tech CSE programme. As a Cluster Lead, you will have a significant impact on curriculum development, research enhancement, industry collaboration, student experience, and the overall growth of the cluster. The Cluster of Data and Infrastructure Solutions consists of two specializations: Data Engineering Specialization and Cloud Computing Specialization. Your key responsibilities will include leading the academic and administrative functions of the cluster, developing and updating specialized curricula in alignment with industry standards, driving research initiatives and securing funding for innovative projects, establishing strong industry-academia collaborations for internships, capstone projects, and placements, as well as mentoring faculty and students to help them achieve academic and professional excellence. To be eligible for this role, you should hold a B.Tech., M.Tech., and Ph.D. in Computer Science or related fields with expertise in the relevant cluster domain. Additionally, you should have at least 8-10 years of experience in academia, research, or industry, with proven leadership capabilities. A track record of research publications in reputable journals/conferences and experience in leading funded research projects or industry collaborations are also required. Looking for Assistant Professors for a reputed Engineering & Management College in Jind, Haryana Departments: Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) Electrical Engineering (EE) Civil Engineering Mechanical Engineering Management (BBA) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Deliver high-quality lectures and practical sessions to undergraduate students (B.Tech, BCA and BBA) in the assigned subject areas. Role Outline & Desired Skills: Should have Ph.D. in Business Management from globally and eminent reputed Institutions. Should have served as a Professor in Business Management with proven experience in handling diverse administrative responsibilities such as departmental or institutional leadership. Must have acted as a Chair Person or Lead Evaluator for academic assessments or examinations. Should have contributed significantly to the design and development of business management curriculum and academic frameworks. Should have held key academic leadership roles such as Program Director, Head of Department, or Dean, preferably in Business Schools or Management departments. Should have been actively involved as a panel member, academic advisor, or evaluator in peer institutions. Demonstrated expertise in business research, development of research initiatives, and guiding scholars in management research. Proven track record in driving industry-academia collaboration, including research partnerships, consultancy, and real-world application of management principles. Should have provided strategic consultancy, training, or research support to businesses, government bodies, or NGOs, with a focus on business growth, innovation, or sustainability. Experience in promoting executive education, community learning programs, or other nonformal educational platforms targeted at working professionals and entrepreneurs. Actively engaged in entrepreneurship development, fostering industry linkages, encouraging job enrichment, and promoting knowledge dissemination and thought leadership.
