Looking for Assistant Professors for a reputed Engineering & Management College in Jind, Haryana

Departments:

• Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) 04 No’s.
• Electrical Engineering (EE) – 02 No’s.
• Civil Engineering – 02 No’s.
• Mechanical Engineering – 02 No’s.
• Management (BBA) – 02 No’s.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver high-quality lectures and practical sessions to undergraduate students (B.Tech, BCA and BBA) in the assigned subject areas.
• Develop and update lesson plans, course materials, and laboratory manuals in line with the curriculum and AICTE/University norms.
• Guide students in their projects, internships, and industry assignments.
• Conduct internal assessments, examinations, and evaluations as per academic calendar.
• Mentor students for academic performance, career planning, and skill development.
• Contribute to departmental activities, research initiatives, seminars, and workshops.
• Participate in accreditation processes, curriculum reviews, and academic audits.
• Ensure discipline, punctuality, and an engaging classroom environment.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Engineering Disciplines (CSE, EE, Civil, Mechanical): (As per AICTE & KUK Norms)

• M.Tech in relevant discipline (First Division Mandatory).
• Minimum 3-8 years of teaching experience in a reputed Engineering college or any reputed University.
• Candidates with Ph.D. or pursuing Ph.D. will be preferred.

Management Discipline (BBA):

• MBA or equivalent Master’s Degree with First Division.
• Minimum 3-8 years of teaching or industry experience in Business Management/Administration.

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Strong subject knowledge and passion for teaching.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with Outcome-Based Education (OBE), modern pedagogy.
• Proficient in using ICT tools, online platforms, and e-content creation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in academic and administrative activities.
