KRA’s: ● Survey of Designated Building / Area ● Record Maintaining (Building lists, Floor Plans, Files etc.) ● Liaison with Estate Manager & Admin Head ● Liaison with Guards, Maintenance staff of Individual Projects ● Market insight to brokers about Gurgaon Market ● Pitching profile of RR to clients wherever possible ● Daily Calling & sharing the daily calling remarks on google sheets & Sales Force ● Technology friendly during survey's and make real time video's during survey's Job Description: ● Generate inquires for leasing (Target - 30 enquiries per month) ● Name and number of each and every unit in your respective buildings along with status like on sale, lease etc. ● Filing and Record Keeping of all floor plans etc ● Assisting the RM's in Proposal making ● Meeting the concerned Person, Admin Head and collect Contact details, keep the records updated ● Meeting the concerned Person of Building from Maintenance, ● Manager and collect contact details, keep the records updated ● Collect and Keep update the Owner list of Designated Building ● Generating and Maintaining the Vacant area availabilit ● Maintain and categories database with their core area of work ● Sharing first-hand information of market deals with Team Head ● Maximum use of visuals in the proposals like Property Videos, Pictures ● Assistance during the site visit of Property ● Calling to know the status of individual units in designated building ● Up for Lease or sale.
