We are urgently hiring Business Development Managers to lead sales teams, drive business growth, and manage targets across assigned regions in Rajasthan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor a team of Sales Officers/Executives
• Achieve business targets through field sales activities
• Develop new channel partners and drive productivity
• Handle client meetings and resolve escalations

Skills & Experience :

• Minimum 2 years work experience in any sales op marketing
• Graduation Compulsory
• Customer relationship management skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
