Job Role Purpose & Objective : To lead and manage a high-performing sales team that drives revenue growth and market expansion, ensures exceptional customer satisfaction, and effectively implements strategic sales initiatives. The Sales Manager/Relationship Manager will achieve this by providing strong leadership, optimizing sales processes, collaborating across departments, and utilizing data-driven insights to meet and exceed company sales goals.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
•Direct liaising with branch personnel to generate leads.
•Provide coaching and training of branchs/ other internal channel team, ensure motivation to branch / other internal channels for continued lead generation. •Coordinate with Credit and Operations to ensure disbursement of loans from leads generated from branch / other internal channels. •Perform the job according to the target goals of a company. •Identify which areas of business must be improved and suggest solutions in order to cope with issues. •Manage employee and customer satisfaction issues on time.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS •Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively convey information and build rapport with clients.
•Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in negotiating terms and closing deals. •Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems: For tracking leads, managing client interactions, and analyzing sales performance.
Educational Qualifications HSC Passed, Graduate, B.Com / BBA / MBA (preferred) Total Experience 2-5 years
