Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the housing sector. Roles and Responsibility
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
Build and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.

Job
Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the housing sector.
Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including housing loans and mortgages.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
Experience working in a direct channel sales environment is an added advantage.
