Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and high-quality customer service. Stay updated with market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client queries and resolving issues efficiently. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry, particularly in retail mortgages. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets consistently. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex financial situations. Proficiency in using technology and software applications to manage client data and interactions. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
