Pushpgeet Financial Services (PGFS) is the Regional Partner for Motilal Oswal in Northeast India. We specialize in providing investment solutions across mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, insurance, and more. As part of our growth strategy, we’re looking for passionate individuals who can help us expand our mutual fund and insurance client base in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily outbound calls and follow-ups with potential and existing clients.
• Schedule and attend client meetings to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable mutual fund or insurance products.
• Explain product features, market outlook, and Motilal Oswal offerings in a simplified manner.
• Onboard new investors and assist them through the complete KYC and investment process.
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing regular updates, reviews, and portfolio insights.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets across mutual fund and insurance products.
• Keep updated with latest AMFI guidelines, product knowledge, and market trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in selling mutual funds or related financial products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of personal finance and investment principles.
• Ability to convince and build trust with clients.
• AMFI/NISM Mutual Fund Certification preferred (or willing to acquire shortly).
• Graduate degree required; candidates with finance/commerce background preferred.
