Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored solutions. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships through effective sales strategies. Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client queries promptly. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by selling mutual fund products. Job Requirements Proven experience as a Relationship Manager in microfinance or mutual funds. Strong knowledge of financial products, including mutual funds, and their applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify new business opportunities. Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
