The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing personalized customer support, understanding client needs, and guiding them through their wellness journey. Daily tasks include coordinating with nutritionists and fitness coaches, addressing client queries, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions.
