Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Drive sales growth and exceed revenue targets in assigned region
Develop & manage dealer/distributor network
Conduct product trials and provide technical support
Identify and develop new customers in textile hubs
Prepare sales forecasts and monitor monthly sales
Lead a small technical/sales team and ensure alignment with company goals
Handle customer complaints in coordination with technical and supply chain teams
Maintain CRM entries and visit reports regularly
Analyze market trends and suggest growth strategies

Preferred candidate profile

8 to 16 years experience in
textile chemicals / dyes / auxiliaries
Prior experience in technical sales or application support
Strong dealer management and regional sales planning skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel extensively across North India
Degree/Diploma in Textile Chemistry / Chemical Engineering preferred
